摘    要:通过对玻璃纤维增强切割树脂砂轮片配方设计、结构设计、成型工艺和烤制工艺的调整和优化,涉及原料的选择、网布结构和数量的使用、半成品密度的调整和固化曲线的调整,研发出一种新型的玻纤增强铁路钢轨切割树脂砂轮片(305 mm×3.8 mm×22.2 mm)。该砂轮片能切割60#标准铁路钢轨至少3刀,每次切割时间至多2.0 min,并且切割面较光亮无严重灼烧,切割手感锋利,切割效率高。

Abstract:A new type of resin-bonded abrasive rail-cutting wheels has been developed by adjusting and optimizing the formulation,structure,pressing and baking technologies,including the selection of materials,the adjustment of semi-finished product density and the optimization of curing curve. This cutting wheel can make at least 3 cuts of 60# standard rail,with max. 2. 0 minutes for each cut. The cut faces are bright and non-scorching,and the cutting operation is smooth and highly efficient.
