南方供暖需求现状及技术分析

摘    要:随着我国经济持续稳定的增长和人民对建筑舒适性的要求越来越高,社会上对南方实现集中供暖的呼声也越来越强烈。通过调研形式了解并分析南方供暖的现状及需求。全国66%的人支持南方供暖,重庆地区86%的人冬季都采用供暖设施,其中家用式空调最多,电加热器次之,能耗逐渐增大。分析南方供暖的气候需求、生理需求、民生需求,反应供暖需求现状。最后分析南方供暖的核心技术,利用市政管网的集中供热形式并不适合,小规模的小区集中供暖和分散式的供暖方式具有可实施性,其推广和普及的核心是在利用可再生能源提高能源利用效率的基础上,满足人的热舒适的要求。

Abstract:With the sustainable and stable growth of Chinese economy and the high requirements of people's comfort for building, more and more southerner intensively appeal to realize central heating. In this paper, through the investigation, we understand and analyze the situation and demand of southern heating. 66% of the country people support southern heating, 86% people in Chongqing area are using heating facilities in winter, in which household air conditioner and electric heater accounts for a large proportion, which lead to more and more energy consumption. Analysis of Southern heating climate needs, physiological needs, the needs of the people's livelihood, which reacts the heating demand situation. Finally, analysis of the core technology for the southern heating, the heating form of municipal pipe network is not suitable, central heating for small area and decentralized heating mode can be implemented, the promotion and popularization of the core is the foundation of improving energy efficiency and utilization of renewable energy to meet the human thermal comfort requirements.
