冲击试验数据的滤波方法研究

摘    要:本文主要研究在产品爆炸分离、跌落等试验中,由于使用冲击加速度传感器测得的冲击信号混有复杂频率成分,如何提取有用、真实信号的方法.通常采用的方法是通过对原始数据的数字滤波方法,但由于信号中混有复杂的频率成分,无法确定低通截止频率,而无法获取真实的冲击信号本文通过对跌落试验冲击信号的小波分析,研究对混入高频噪声干扰信号的冲击信号进行滤波、分解、提取的信号处理方法,得到不失真的冲击信号.研究表明:小波分析对冲击跌落、非弹性碰撞等试验冲击信号分析处理切实有效.

Abstract:This article mainly researches the method about how to extract the useful and truthful signal during the explosive separation and dropping tests of the products by using shock acceierometer to obtain signal including different frequency components. Generally the digital filter method cannot obtain the real shock signals because the different frequency contents are mixed in the initial signal and the cut- off frequency cannot be defined. We adopt the wavelet analysis to study the filtering, decomposition and extracting of the shock signal with high frequency noise in the dropping test. The result indicates that wavelet analysis is effective for studying shock signal in shock dropping, inelastic collision testing.
