摘    要:潮河大桥为地锚式悬索桥,锚箱为主要受力构件,锚箱的加工精度是关键控制点,锚垫板与承压板在组装前表面机加工,锚垫板、承压板的锚孔在组焊修完成后做镗孔加工处理,锚箱单元采用二次定位技术,以保证其坐标及角度精度,钢箱梁节段采用连续匹配组装、焊接、预拼装同时进行的技术。

Abstract:Chao He Bridge is a ground anchor suspension bridge. As the anchor boxes are the main force components, the processing precision of anchor boxes is critical control point. Anchor backing plates and load bearing plates need surface machining before assembly, and boring after assembly. In order to ensure accuracy of the coordinate and angle, the anchor box units adopt the secondary positioning technique. Continuous matching assembly, welding and test assembling start at the same time.
