| 摘 要： | 基于VXI，PXI，GPIB三种自动测试系统中最广泛使用的总线．对当前测试系统中涉及与VXI．PXI．GPIB三种测试总线相关的总线控制方法进行了分析．同时结合某型机航空电子设备综合ATE系统的总线控制运用方案对该问题进行深入探讨。
