| 摘 要： | 中频对数放大是超外差频谱分析仪特有的关键技术之一,它极大地提高了频谱分析仪的显示动态范围.本文介绍了一种采用极联结构、逐次逼近型的中频对数放大器,它不但具有大的动态范围,同时具有良好的转换线性和温度稳定性.本文详细分析了这种对数放大器的构成原理及其误差来源和修正方法,并对实际设计中存在的问题进行了讨论.最后,本文给出了仿真与实验结果.

| Abstract: | IF logarithmic amplifying is one of the key techniques of spectrum analyzer. It improves display dynamic range of spectrum analyzer greatly. A piecewise-approximated IF logarithmic amplifier has been introduced in this paper. The amplifier has great dynamic range, convertible linearity and favorable temperature stability. The principles of the amplifier, the error source and treatment methods, and the problems in piratical application have been discussed in detail. At last, the result of simulation is also given. |
