大型四点接触球轴承的有限元模型研究

摘    要:基于非线性有限元分析方法 ,采用了线性轴承模型和非线性轴承模型分析了大型四点接触球轴承的变形和受力。两种模型的分析结果表明 :整体应力、应变分布和轴承外环的变形规律基本一致 ,证明了两种建模方法在一定程度上是可行的。讨论了引起非线性模型和线性模型之间差异的原因。求解得到的轴承变形曲线为轴承的设计提供了理论依据 ,具有重要的工程应用价值

Abstract:Adopting linear and nonlinear bearing model, this paper analyses the deformation and stress of bearing with large radius, basing on nonlinear finite element analysis method. The results of two models show that the distribution law of stress and strain of bearing and distortion law of outer ring of bearing are identical, which proves that both modeling methods are usable in some extent. The factors which cause the difference between linear and nonlinear model are discussed. The distortion curve of outer ring of bearing supplies a theoretical foundation for sealing design of bearing, which is very important.
