摘    要:在众多SiCP/Al复合材料的制备方法中,搅拌溶炼法具有工艺简单、设备投入少、经济可行等特点,因而得到了广泛的研究.本研究采用的半固态搅拌熔炼-液态模锻成形SiCP/Al复合材料制备工艺,既具有搅拌法的优点,又能直接将复合材料熔液锻压成形为性能优良、形状复杂的铸件,是铝基复合材料在民用工业上应用的有效途径之一.

Abstract:Among the fabrication technologies of SiC P/Al Composites, stir|melting is widely researched because it has benefits of simple processes, lower investment and cost effectiveness. Semi|solid stirring and Liquid|forging method adopted by this research possesses not only the advantages of stir|casting, but also the advantages of Liquid|forging, being a effective way for the applications of Aluminum Matrix Compostie in civil industry.;
