飞机工装标准件库关键技术研究

在深入研究零件库建库方法和飞机工装标准件库的基础上,提出了基于双表格驱动的零件库建库技术,即在中间控件的双表格中对参数进行排列组合,自动生成零件参数表,极大地提高了建库效率.提出了基于两级检索与预览的标准件库调用技术,设计人员可以方便地检索和调用所需标准件而不必查阅手册.运用以上技术,开发了飞机工装标准件库系统,并应用于某大型航空企业的工装设计中,取得了良好的效果.

Research on Key Technologies of Standard Parts Library for Aircraft Tools

On the basis of deeply researching on creating parts library methods and analyzing parameters of standard parts of aircraft tools, this paper presents a technology for creating parts library based on double-tables driving, which creates parameters table automatically by arranging and combining parameters in the double tables of a mid-control and greatly improves efficiency of creating library. The paper also presents standard parts library-importing technology of two searches and two previews, which makes designers search and import standard parts needed expediently without looking up handbooks. By using the above techniques, a system of standard parts library for aircraft tools is developed and applied to some large-scale aeronautic enterprise, and beter results are achieved.
