| 摘 要： | 以膨润土为原料,采用单因素分析、正交法等实验方案,研制出了一种复合解凝剂。该复合解凝剂以三聚磷酸钠、HL-2、焦磷酸钠、草酸钠为主要原料配制而成,当各组分间的比例为2:2:1.5:1时,对膨润土有较好的解凝效果。在含水率为60%的膨润土泥浆中,加入0.60～0.65%的复合解凝剂,可获得最佳的解凝效果,其流动度可控制在18s以内。

| Abstract: | A new advanced composite deflocculant was prepared by using single factor and orthogonal testing methods based on bentonite slurry.The main components of the defloculant are composed of sodium tripolyphosphate,HL-2,sodium pyrophosphate and sodium oxalate.When the mass ratio of the components is 2:2:1.5:1,and the dosage lies between 0.60%and 0.65%,the deflocculant showing the best deflocculating properties at the water content of 60%.The fluidity of bentonite suspensions can be less than 18 seconds. |
