粘接剂对热化学反应法陶瓷耐磨性影响

摘    要:采用不同的粘接剂,相同的陶瓷骨料以及固化工艺制备两种陶瓷涂层,通过相组成、结构、结合强度以及耐磨性分析讨论粘接剂对于热化学反应法陶瓷涂层耐磨性的影响,实验结果证明:粘接剂的不同不会影响到陶瓷增强相的生成,但磷酸铝粘接剂陶瓷涂层致密性和结合强度以及耐磨性均不如水玻璃粘接剂陶瓷涂层。

Abstract:This paper concentrates studies of the influence of different ceramic coating adhesives on the wear resistance of ceramic coating prepared with the same aggregates.By measuring their micro-structure, phases,combination and wear resistance properties respectively,conclusion can be drawn that thermal-chemical method ceramic coating prepared with sodium silicate adhesive shows excellent wear resistance property compared with aluminum phosphate,without changing the producing of wild phase.
