摘    要:结合松江跨流域引水梯级水电站群,建立了长期优化调度模型及求解方法。该模型首先确定初步的引水流量,然后以典型日负荷曲线为基础构建调峰电价曲线,以调峰效益最大为目标构建梯级水电站群优化调度模型,采用逐步优化算法、逐次逼近算法和状态逐密离散微分动态规划联合对模型进行求解。通过不断调整引水流量,对目标函数进行寻优,确定引水流量及相应的各水库调度方案,以充分发挥跨流域引水水库的调节与补偿能力。成果可直接应用于松江流域。

Abstract:A long-term optimal operation model and solution method has been proposed. For the cascaded hydropower stations in the inter-basin water diversion system of Songjiang River. Firstly, the model, is used to determine an initial water diversion flow, and then, to create a curve of peak price based on the typical daily load curve. The maximizied efficiency of peak regulation is adopted as the optimization objective. The progressive optimality algorithm, dynamic programming successive approximation and discrete differential dynamic programming are integrated to solve the optimal solution for cascaded hydroelectric plants. By interactively adjusting water diversion flow and optimizing hydropower system, the optimal water diversion flow and scheduling are finally determined. The proposed model can play a powerful role in regulation and compensation ability among reservoirs.
