紫外辐射对二氧化钛表面矿化性能的影响

摘    要:采用紫外辐射技术对金红石型二氧化钛进行表面改性处理,然后将其浸入模拟体液中初步探讨紫外辐射技术对其矿化性能的影响。X射线衍射和傅立叶变换红外光谱分析。结果表明,紫外辐射可显著提高金红石型二氧化钛诱导矿化的能力,浸入模拟体液中2d和7d可诱导碳酸羟基磷灰石生成;而未改性处理的金红石型二氧化钛短时间内难以诱导生成矿化层。

Abstract:Titania was modified by ultraviolet radiation,and then immerged into simulated body fluid(SBF).The biomineralization of the treated-titania was investigated by X-Ray diffraction and FT-IR spectively.The results showed that:(1) carbonated hydroxyapatite of the surface was identified after the treated-titania was dipped into SBF for 2d and 7d,(2) hardly any apatite was detected on the untreated-titania dippen into SBF for 7d
