| 摘 要： | 在聚磷酸钙生物陶瓷中添加氟离子,研究氟离子对聚磷酸钙陶瓷微观构造及其溶解特性的影响。以氟化氨作为掺杂试剂,通过掺杂不同含量的氟,研究其在生物模拟体液中的溶解特性,如溶解速率、表面特性等。研究表明,通过添加氟元素可以改变聚磷酸钙的溶解特性,添加一定量氟的聚磷酸钙陶瓷具有在骨组织工程中作为骨修复材料在临床应用的可能性。

| Abstract: | The effect of fluorinion on polyphosphate porous ceramics microscopic structure and solvent properties by doping fluoride ions were studied.In this study,using ammonium fluoride as dopant to study the solvent properties in simulated body fluid(SBF),such as dissolution rate,surface characteristics.This study showed that doping fluorine would change the solvent properties of Calcium polyphosphate ceramics, doped with a certain amount of fluoride,provided the possibilities for bone tissue engineering as a rest... |
