乳化重油燃烧过程的节能降污机理及应用

摘    要:分析了乳化重油、稠油或渣油在炉膛中的燃烧过程,对引起节能降污的各种因素进行了分析探讨,提出了乳化重油、稠油或渣油燃烧高温水蒸气混溶及离解的节能降污新机理,并在硬沥青水浆燃料燃烧中应用,得到了预期效果。

Abstract:A new mechanism of saving energy and reducing pollution is brought forward by analyzing all factors which bring saving energy and reducing pollution in the combustion process of emulsification heavy oil.This new theory is applied in the high soften point pitch water slurry combustion process and a satisfying anticipation is gained.
