新型煤矿道岔无线控制系统设计

摘    要:根据煤矿道岔控制要求,提出了一种新型道岔无线控制系统,建立了道岔扳道服务模型,给出了道岔执行机构和遥控器的硬件电路框图和程序流程图。该系统采用双向无线数据传输技术,相对传统单向数据传输系统,有效提高了稳定性和可靠性,并实现了多个遥控器对同一道岔的可靠操作。

Abstract:According to the control requirement of the road fork,a new road fork control system with wireless transmission is put forward,the service system model of switch rail is established.The hardware circuits of executive mechanism and remote controller and the flow diagram of program are given.The system with wireless communication can greatly improve the reliability and stability of the control system,compared with the system with one-way data transmission.Several remote controllers can control the same road fork in this service system mode.
