基于CAN总线的矿井用多路压力监测系统的设计

摘    要:矿井下经常需要测某个工作面的压力,如果出现过压的情况,需要及时采取措施以防止事故发生,这对于保证煤矿安全生产是非常必要的,因此需要一种能够准确测量工作面压力大小并且能够将其及时传输给地面的工作人员的仪器。同时该仪器还应该具有即时显示压力值和存储一段时间的数据功能,以便于工作人员进行分析。

Abstract:In orderto assure requirementof safe production,according to pressure of monitoring surface in undergound mine, the paper design a kind of mine-used multi-path pressure monitoring system based on CAN bus. The system applies PIC18Fxx8 serial single-chip processor to realize pressure measurance and handling, saving and display measured data, moreover,realtime communication of the systemwith upper processor is realized by CAN bus. Considering undergound mine is electrically supplied with bus, low consumption is designed in the system.
