师生满意及其后勤满意指数研究

摘    要:从理论的角度研究了师生满意和师生满意度的定义,通过对顾客满意CS理论的论述,提出后勤满意度测量和满意度指数的构造方法,明确给出了后勤满意度指数的表达式,为后勤系统的绩效进行模糊综合评判奠定了基础。

Abstract:The definition of the satisfaction and satisfaction degree of students and teachers are studied from the theoretical aspect in this paper.Then,following a discussion of the CS theory of customer satisfaction,methods of measuring the satisfaction degree of logistical services and constructing satisfaction index as well as an expression of the satisfaction index of logistical services are proposed,which build a foundation for comprehensive and fuzzy evaluation of logistical performance.
