摘    要:杭州湾观光塔结构是杭州湾跨海大桥工程的重要组成部分。塔体采用钢结构,在标高89.253 m处,外部斜柱与内筒柱汇交的铸钢节点受力情况非常复杂。采用1∶4缩尺模型进行试验,并对节点进行有限元分析。试验研究和有限元分析表明:钢管203×16 mm在压弯状态下,下部内侧表面向外突起,进入屈服;两者结果在线弹性阶段基本吻合,在塑性阶段发展趋势一致,表明有限元分析的结果能真实反映铸钢节点实际受力性能。

Abstract:Hangzhou Bay Sightseeing Tower is an important part of the Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge and it is steel structure.Force on cast steel joint in the intersection of columns outside the tower cylinder and inside it is very complicated in the elevation of 89.253 m.Scale models are tested and which are also analyzed using ANSYS software.The test and FEM research demonstrate that the lower part and medial side of the steel tube 203×16 mm swells forth and yields under the compression bending situation;both results agree well in the linear elastic stage and development trend in the plastic stage tallies,which shows that the results of FEM can well reflect the actual mechanical behavior of the cast steel joint.
