蟠桃原浆加工技术的研究

摘    要:蟠桃作为新疆特色水果之一,具有极高的营养价值和良好的加工品质。但是,蟠桃具有极不耐贮性,同时它的生产季节相当集中.除了小部分用于鲜食提供于市场,大部分可用来加工或者是深加工,将蟠桃咖工成蟠桃原浆这样的中间产品,既可以解决原料的极不耐贮性,又可以解决国内外饮料厂家生产的原料短缺性.为此,本论文研究了蟠桃原浆的加工工艺及参数.

Abstract:s: As one of the feature fruits in Xingiang, Flat Peach has skyscraping nutritive value and favorable processing quality. But, It can not be stored easily, And its manufacturing season is quite central, Expect few of then are sold for eaten row in the market. Most of them can be processed or deep-processed, Which not only can solve the intolerant of the row material, but also can solve the shortage of the raw material in the dink factories home and abroad. So, I have done some researches about how to process the Flat Peach as magma in this paper.
