隐私保护:智慧城市建设的新模式——基于东莞市东城区智慧城市建设的研究

随着智慧城市建设的推进,引起了各种各样的隐私保护问题。文献分析显示,智慧城市中隐私类型的认识并没有统一;对东莞市东城区的调研结果显示,智慧城市建设实践中的隐私保护包括身份隐私、查询隐私、住址隐私、踪迹隐私和所有者隐私 5 个维度,城市中的 11 项智慧服务存在不同类型的隐私风险,分别适合采用不同的智慧城市解决方案。并从智慧城市的隐私保护角度提出了一个新的智慧城市建设模式,可为城市管理者提供决策参考。

A New Model for Privacy Protection in Smart City :A Case of Dongcheng District in Dongguan

The topic of smart city has gained much attention. Smart city,founded on the use of information and communicationtechnologies,helps to solve many problems regarding Chinese cities. Their ability to gather information could endanger the privacyof cities. In this paper, we identify a number of privacy aspects that are appeared in Dongguan,which is a pilot of Chinese smartcities. We reviewed some concepts of previously defined privacy models and define the concept of citizen`s privacy under fivedimensions:identity privacy,query privacy,location privacy,footprint privacy and owner privacy. By means of several examplesof smart services,we define each privacy dimension and show how existing technologies could be used to protect citizen`s privacy.
