换热器铜管高效集成加工技术装备研究

摘    要:介绍管翅式换热器的加工专用技术装备,通过此装备将铝箔与铜管进行胀管、扩口、翻边加工,形成空调器的四大部分之一的两器即蒸发器和冷凝器。取代传统的液压动力,整机由伺服电机系统驱动,采用伺服数码控制技术,将铜管的胀管、扩口与翻边等加工工序集成于一体,提高了生产效率,保证了产品质量,节约铜管用量。并对铜管胀管、扩口、翻边加工进行分析。

Research on Heat Exchanger Brass Efficient Integrated Processing Equipment
Abstract:A special processing equipment for tube and fin heat exchanger was described.With the equipment,aluminum foil and copper were expanded,flared,flanged to form evaporator and condenser of air conditioner.Replacing the traditional hydraulic power,the whole system was driven by a servo motor.Digital servo control technology was used to integrate brass expanding,flaring and flanging processes in one.The production efficiency is improved,product quality is ensured,brass dosage is saved.While brass expanding,flaring,flanging process were analyzed.
