能量回收液压泵试验台仿真分析

摘    要:传统液压泵试验台消耗能量较多,并且为了模拟负载,由节流口加压,高压油直接流回油箱,造成大量的能量浪费。通过对试验台回路重新设计,回收被试泵高压油与供油泵共同驱动液压马达,由液压马达来带动被试泵,实现能量的回收利用。通过利用SimulationX对新回路进行仿真分析,在保持试验泵原有工况下,对泵进行性能测试,节能在67%以上。

Simulation Analysis of Hydraulic Pump Test-bed for Energy Recovery
Abstract:Traditional hydraulic pump test-bed consumed more energy, and in order to simulate the load, pressurized by the throttle opening, high pressure oil flows back to the tank, resulting in a lot of energy is wasted. Through the test-bed circuit redesign and recovery test pump high pressure oil and the oil pump to drive hydraulic motor together, by a hydraulic motor to drive the pump, the recovery of energy utilization was realized. By using simulationX to simulate and analyze the new circuit, the performance test of the pump was carried out under the condition of keeping the original working condition of the test pump. The energy saving is more than 67%.
