公路沥青路面上面层压实度无损检测实证研究

摘    要:结合沥青路面上面层结构特点,为了最大限度地减少由于钻芯取样诱发的水损坏,采用无核密度仪检测路面密度,通过完成仪器的系列设置,结合路面结构形式,合理确定密度补偿值,快捷采集数据,宏观反映沥青混合料在铺筑过程中材料的均匀性、摊铺及碾压质量的变异性,及时有效地进行施工过程控制。

Abstract:Combined with the unique structure characteristics of the surface layer of asphalt pavement, the nuclear density meter has been used to detect road surface density is in order to minimize the water damage caused by drilling core sampling. , , The density compensation value has been reasonably determinated, and the data has also been fast collected by the completion of the series of equipment and the combination of the road structure, and which can macroscopic reflect the uniformity of the asphalt mixture material in the process, and the variability of paving and rolling quality, as well as the timely and effectively construction process control.
