摘    要:直喷汽油发动机由于需要以高压向缸内喷射油雾,因此生产和检测能够满足向发动机输送高压燃油的高压油管的系统设备,是保证发动机安全运行的必要手段。参照国家行业标准JB/T 6014-2011 《柴油机高压油管组件技术条件》以及制造厂商所提出的质量检测要求,设计了以中性水介质进行加载的检测系统,可用于发动机高压油管部件耐压试验,可输出最高75 MPa高压。配套适宜的工装夹具(胎具),此系统也可对其他种类的用于液体输送的金属管、液压胶管、压力容器等进行强度、压力、密封等性能试验,具有一定的通用性。

Design of Pressure Test System for High pressure Oil Pipes of Directly injected Engine
Abstract:With high pressure, directly injected engine can inject gasoline mist into the cylinder in a straight way. Thus a system or equipment, which can be used to test whether high pressure oil pipes can transport fuel to the engine satisfactorily, is necessary for safe operation of the engine. According to technical conditions of high pressure tubing assembly for diesel engine in the national industry standard JB/T 6014-2011 and quality requirements requested by the manufacturer, a test bench stressed in neutral water medium was designed for pressure test of high pressure tubing assembly, which could also load the highest output of 75 MPa. With suitable supporting jig (mould), the system could be applied to other types of mental liquid pipe, hydraulic hose and pressure vessel for performance testing of pressure, strength, sealing and so on.
