轴向柱塞泵流量脉动的仿真研究

摘    要:根据A10VNO型斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的工作原理,在AMESim中建立柱塞泵仿真模型,对其输出流量脉动特性进行了仿真分析,主要分析了原动机转速、斜盘倾角、柱塞直径以及配流盘结构对轴向柱塞泵流量脉动的影响,研究结果表明:配流盘结构和斜盘倾角、原动机转速对柱塞泵流量脉动具有重要的影响,为有效减小柱塞泵产生的流量脉动以及降低配流过程中产生的噪声,应该适当减小柱塞泵配流盘的闭死角和错配角开度,并要控制斜盘倾角、原动机转速在一定的范围内。

Simulation and Research on Flow Pulsation of Axial Piston Pump
Abstract:According to the working principle of A10VNO swash-plate axial piston pump, the simulation model of which is built in AMESim. Its output flow pulsation characteristics was simulated and analyzed. The influence of the prime mover speed, the swash-plate angle, piston diameter of piston pump and valve plate structure on flow pulsation of the axial piston pump were mainly analyzed. The research results show that, the structure of valve plate, swash plate angle, and the prime mover speed has an important influence on the flow pulsation of piston pump. In order to reduce the flow pulsation of piston pump and lower noise generated in the flow distribution process effectively, the opening of pre-compression angle and misalignment angle of the valve plate of piston pump must be reduced appropriately, and the swash-plate angle and prime mover speed must be controlled in a certain range.
