基于AMESim的多功能液压试验台闭式系统元件选型分析

摘    要:液压传动系统是工程机械整机重要的传动系统之一,而液压多功能试验台是面向工程机械液压传动系统研究的一个科学试验平台。介绍一种多功能液压试验台闭式马达泵系统元件的选型:根据实验要求,选择满足试验目的闭式马达;根据马达的参数,计算出可以与马达相匹配的闭式泵和电机的参数。将选择好的元件设计成闭式马达泵系统,然后用AMESim进行建模仿真分析,得到马达转速、扭矩变化曲线、泵出口压力变化曲线等。仿真试验结果验证了所设计的液压系统功能的正确性和合理性、元件选型的正确性。

Selection Analysis of the Closed System Components of the Multifunction Hydraulic Test Bench Based on AMESim
Abstract:The hydraulic drive system is one of the transmission systems of construction machinery,and the multifunction hydraulic test bench is a scientific experiment platform for construction machinery hydraulic transmission system study.The element selection of closed motor pump system of a kind of multifunction hydraulic test bench was introduced.According to the experimental requirements,a closed motor met test purposes was chosen;according to the motor parameters,the parameters of the closed pump and motor matched with the motor were calculated.Adopting the selected components,the closed motor pump system was designed;then the modeling and simulation were carried using AMESim.The curves of the motor speed,torque,pump outlet pressure were gotten.The simulation results verify the validity and rationality of the designed hydraulic system,and the correctness of the component selection.
