我国装配式混凝土建筑的特点及发展问题

近年来,装配式混凝土建筑逐渐进入大众的视野,以其施工周期短、减少环境负担、降低资源浪费与可靠的结构质量保证等优点备受建筑业内人士的青睐。与此同时,其建造成本相对较高、结构整体性较差且建筑缺少个性化,这也极大程度上制约了装配式混凝土建筑在我国的发展。本文总结了装配式混凝土建筑的特点,并在此基础上梳理了我国现阶段装配式混凝土建筑的发展问题,同时提出了若干发展对策与同行共勉。

The characteristics and development of prefabricated concrete buildings in China

In recent years, prefabricated concrete building gradually entered the view of the public, with its short construction period, reduce the environmental burden, reduce the waste of resources and advantages in the structure reliable quality assurance . At the same time, its construction cost is relatively high, the structure integrity is poor, and the building lacks individuality, which also greatly restricts the development of prefabricated concrete buildings in China. This paper summarizes the characteristics of precast concrete building, and teases the development of the prefabricated concrete construction at the present stage in China, and puts forward some development countermeasures.
