| 摘 要： | PPP 模式和 BIM 技术正在重塑基础设施建设行业。在阐述 PPP 模式和 BIM 基本理论的基础上，分析 BIM 和 PPP模式的契合性；基于信息管理的视角，利用现代信息技术，把 BIM 应用于 PPP 项目实施全过程，通过对 PPP 项目全生命周期信息采集，建立 BIM 信息平台、BIM 设备运维管理系统及运营监测系统，分析 PPP 项目信息流动方向，设计 PPP 项目信息管理系统模型，实现信息在 PPP 项目全生命周期高效集成应用，推动建筑信息模型在基础设施建设上的应用，促进 PPP项目持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | PPP and BIM are reshaping the construction industry. In this paper，based on the basic theory of PPP and BIM，thefitness between BIM and PPP is analyzed based on the perspective of information management. Based on the modern informationtechnology，the BIM is implemented in the whole process of PPP projects by collecting life cycle information as well as establishingBIM information platform，BIM equipment management system, and operation detection system. The effectiveness of informationcommunication between government and social capital is realized, which can promote the sustainable and healthy development of thePPP project. |
