双向压扭联轴器空载输入输出特性研究

摘    要:设计了一种双向压扭联轴器,可将直线运动转换为旋转运动,同时使输出扭矩放大,可与2D阀压力增益机制相结合,形成位移可放大的2D阀。通过数值计算和实验的方法得出其输入输出特性,利用颤振补偿技术消除了微小间隙对样机空载输入输出特性的影响,实验结果表明:该联轴器咬合稳定性良好,阀杆输出角度波动在1%以内;选择合适的颤振信号幅值和频率,滞环降到1. 5%左右,且输入输出特性曲线是线性的,仿真和实验结果基本一致,表明该联轴器具有精确的定位刚度,为其在2D电液比例换向阀上的应用奠定基础。

Study in No load Input and Output Characteristic of Bi direction Thrust Torsion Coupling
Abstract:A kind of Bi-direction Thrust Torsion Coupling, which can convert straight movement into rotary and amplify the output torque at the same time, is designed.Combined with the Pressure Gain Mechanism of Two Dimensional (2D) Valve, 2D valve with displacement enlarging could be gotten.By using numerical calculation and experimental method, its no load input and output characteristic was studied, and the non linear effect caused by the backlash in the thrust torsion coupling was eliminated by dither compensation technology. Experimental result on prototyping coupling carried out shows its good stability in meshing, and its hysteresis is best down to about 1.5%, when proper dither signal of amplitude and frequency were chosen, and its input and output characteristic is basically linear. Simulation and experiment results are basically same, which show that prototyping coupling has precise position stiffness, which lay foundation for realizing displacement magnification.
