摘    要:随着配网抢修指挥业务规范化水平的不断提升,有效的配网故障研判策略对于提升故障抢修效率具有重要作用。确定了配网故障研判的技术原则,分析构建了实现配网故障研判策略的技术支持系统架构。综合客户失电、低压线路失电、配变失电、分支线失电、主干线失电5个层次的故障研判逻辑,提出一种基于分层拓扑模型的配电网故障研判流程。实际案例的分析结果证明了所提策略流程的有效性。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of distribution network emergency repair command business, valid distribution network fault analysis and identification strategy is important to improve the efficiency of fault emergency repair. This paper defines the technical principle of distribution network fault analysis and identification. The architecture of technical support system based on the distribution network fault analysis strategy is established. The fault identification strategy for distribution network based on layering topology model is proposed, including the customer fault, low-voltage line fault, distribution transformer fault, branch-line fault and main-line fault. The practical cases prove the validity of proposed fault analysis and identification strategy. This work is supported by National Key Research and Development Program of China (No. 2016YFB0901303).
