摘    要:业扩报装是供电企业营销和配网管理的一项重要工作,对形成并维持良好的配网结构、保证配网供电可靠性、提高配网资源利用效率等具有十分重要的意义。随着电力信息化、营销业务系统信息化的发展,业扩报装的流程也在逐步完善。为进一步提高当前低压用户业扩报装方案的精准化程度,提出了一种模糊多目标优化函数,采用目标函数对低压用户业扩报装接入方案进行综合评估,然后根据评估结果确定最优接入方案。该方法可降低台区三相不平衡度及线损率,提高配电网运行的经济性。

Abstract:Business expansion is an important work in the marketing and distribution management of power supply enterprises, it is of great significance for forming and maintaining a good distribution network structure, ensuring the power supply reliability of the distribution network and improving the utilization efficiency of the distribution network resources. With the development of information technology and marketing information system, the process of business expansion is gradually improved. A fuzzy multi-objective optimization function is proposed to further improve the precision of the current low-voltage user industry, and the target function is used to evaluate the expansion of the low voltage user industry, then the optimal access scheme is determined according to the results of the evaluation. This method can reduce the three phase unbalance and line loss rate of the platform and improve the economy of the operation of the distribution network.
