摘    要:负载敏感系统具有良好的多执行器并行控制特性和高的能量效率,被广泛应用于中小型工程装备和工业设备中。目前主要有阀前补偿系统和抗流量饱和阀后补偿系统两种。为了更好地研究负载敏感工作特性和能量效率,在详细对比分析这两种系统的结构和工作原理的基础上,对其进行建模,研究在单执行器和多执行器复合动作时系统的工作特性和能量效率,为系统的选用和设计提供参考。研究表明:阀后补偿系统多路阀结构紧凑,负载补偿阀兼具梭阀作用,不用专门布置梭阀网络,但是由于阀芯上节流控制段和换向段分开,系统能耗相对较大。

Energy Consumption Characteristics of the Load-sensing Hydraulic System of Excavator
Abstract:Due to the good performance in the multi-actuators system driven by single pump and high energy efficiency,the load-sensing system is widely applied in small and medium sized engineering equipment and industrial equipment.At present,there are two main types of compensation system,which are the pre-compensation system and the post compensation system.In order to have a knowledge of the working performance and energy efficiency about the load-sensing system,the simulation models of these two system were built based on the detail structure.The research focused on the difference of these two systems when single actuator and more than one working simultaneously.The results show that the structure of the valve used in the post compensation system is more impact.And there is no required about shuttle valve network.However,the energy efficiency of the post compensation system is poor than the pre-compensation system.
