摘    要:基于预制构件的生产、物流运输、现场安装施工 3 个阶段资源能源消耗的基础数据,构建了装配式建筑的生命周期评价模型,并运用该模型系统核算了深圳市某装配式建筑的总碳排放量,识别了各个阶段碳排放的影响因素并对碳排放贡献进行评价。结果表明,生产阶段的碳排放量最大(88%),主要由剪力墙和叠合梁的钢筋消耗引起,是预制构件碳减排的重点阶段,运输阶段的碳排放量次之(11%),施工阶段的碳排放量相对较小(1%)。该结果可以为建筑领域的节能减排提供基础数据,促进装配式建筑的可持续发展。

Abstract:A Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) model was developed based on the basic data from production of prefabricatedcomponents stage,transportation stage and construction stage. This model was applied to analyze the carbon emissions of aprefabricated building in Shenzhen and evaluate the contribution of various stages. The results show that the majority of carbonemission comes from the production stage(88%),followed by the transportation stage(11%),and the carbon emissions of theconstruction stage(1%)is relatively small. The conclusions can provide basic data for the energy saving and emission reduction ofprefabricated constructions and promote the sustainability development in the construction field.
