隔磁槽对换挡电磁阀电磁力的影响研究

摘    要:利用Ansoft Maxwell软件对换挡电磁阀电磁部分进行仿真计算。对比分析了有无隔磁槽对电磁力的影响;此外,重点从隔磁槽角度、长度、位置三大方面分析了其对电磁力与气隙的影响,找出其中的变化规律,为换挡电磁阀隔磁槽的设计提供了理论依据。研究表明:隔磁槽长度及位置对电磁力有较大的影响,隔磁槽角度在一定范围内对电磁力的影响较小。

Research on Effect of Magnetic Isolation Tank on Electromagnetic Force of Shift solenoid Valve
Abstract:Ansoft Maxwell software is used to simulate and calculate the electromagnetic part of the shift solenoid valve. The effect of with or without magnetic isolation tank on electromagnetic force was analyzed and compared. Besides the effect on electromagnetic force and air gap was analyzed mainly from three aspects: the angle, length and position of the diaphragm of magnetic isolation tank, and the variation law of the electromagnetic force was analyzed. The design of the shift solenoid valve provides a theoretical basis for magnetic isolation tank. The results show that the length and position of the magnetic isolation tank have a great effect on the electromagnetic force, and the angle of which has little effect on the electromagnetic force within a certain range.
