摘    要:通过分析锂辉石尾矿粉的基本性能、化学成分研究将锂辉石尾矿粉用于混凝土掺合料的可行性。通过研究不同细度及不同替代率对水泥胶砂的工作性能和力学性能的影响确定锂辉石尾矿粉的合理替代率。试验结果表明:细粉在三种替代率下的水泥胶砂流动度良好,粗粉替代率增加到20%时,流动度大幅降低;从抗折抗压强度来看,水泥胶砂7d、28d的抗折抗压强度随替代率的增加逐渐下降,当掺量增加到20%时,强度的下降幅度变大,且掺粗粉的水泥胶砂强度下降幅度更大。将锂辉石尾矿粉替代率控制在20%以下是合理的,此时胶砂的工作性能良好,力学性能比较理想。

Abstract:By analyzing the basic properties and chemical composition of spodumene tailings powder, the feasibility of using spodumene tailings powder for concrete admixture is studied.The reasonable substitution rate of spodumene tailings powder was determined by studying the effect of different fineness and different substitution rate on the working performance and mechanical properties of cement mortar. The results show that the fluidity of the cement mortar under the three kinds of replacement rate is good and the replacement rate of the coarse powder is increased to 20%, and the fluidity is greatly reduced. From the flexural compressive strength, the flexural compressive strength of cement mortar at 7d and 28d decreases with the increase of substitution rate. When the dosage increases to 20%, the decrease of the strength decreases, and the strength of the cement mortar decreases. It is reasonable to control the substitution rate of spodumene tailings powder below 20%. At this time, the working performance of the mortar is good and the mechanical properties are satisfactory.
