摘 要: | 以ST-10Y数控车铣复合加工中心为例,结合实际加工生产经验和试验分析,从机械零件加工材料的选用、刀具的选择、切削参数、加工工艺安排4个方面分析了对加工效率、表面质量、加工精度的影响,得出最佳加工方法,并对加工中出现的问题归纳了实用有效的处理方法。

Study on Influencing Factors of Machining Based on Turn-Milling |

Abstract: | According to the ST-10Y Computer Numercial Control (CNC) turn-milling machining center as example, and combining with the actual processing experience and experimental analysis, the influencing factors were analyzed of the processing efficiency, surface quality and machining precision from the material selection, machining tool selection, cutting parameters and process arrangement in four aspects. It finds the best processing method and summarizes the practical and effective processing method to solve the problems in the processing. |
