旋动型磁流变阻尼器结构设计研究现状分析

摘    要:作为一种可有效产生阻尼力、耗散运动能量的半主动器件,旋动型磁流变阻尼器(MRD)由于其设计紧凑、重量轻、制造维修方便、磁流变液用量少以及耐用等特点,在工作空间有限场合比直动型磁流变阻尼器更有利于发挥作用。介绍了旋动型磁流变阻尼器的工作原理,并对连续角和有限角两种典型的旋动型MRD的结构设计及工作原理进行了详细分析说明,同时介绍了课题组最新设计的采用新型轮系的鼓式旋动型MRD,为进一步拓宽旋动型MRD的应用场合指明了方向。

State of the art review on structure design of rotary magnetorheological damper
Abstract:As a kind of semi-active devices which can generate damping force effectively and dissipate movement energy, rotary magnetorheological damper (RMRD) is more conducive to play a role than linear magnetorheological damper (LMRD) in the narrow work space because of its compact design, light weight, easy maintenance, less dosage of MRF, durability and other characteristics. In this paper, the working principle of RMRD is introduced, the structural design of continuous angle RMRD and limited angle RMRD are analyzed in detail. At the same time, the innovative design of drum RMRD with planetary gear train by our research group is also introduced. The relevant results can provide the guidance for the applications of RMRD.
