基于Fluent的微孔节流气体静压止推轴承的参数设计与研究

摘    要:为提高气体静压止推轴承的静态特性,针对所提出的微孔节流气体静压止推轴承,采用基于有限体积法的CFD软件Fluent进行三维建模仿真,分析了供气孔数目n、量纲一的供气孔分布半径M、供气孔直径d对轴承静态特性的影响规律。按照最大刚度原则,得到如下结论:供气孔数目n在180附近、量纲一的供气孔分布半径M约为0.7、供气孔直径d取最大值0.1 mm时,微孔节流气体静压止推轴承的静态特性最佳。

Research on Parameters Design of Micro-orifice Restrictor Aerostatic Thrust Bearings Based on Fluent
Abstract:In order to improve the static characteristics of the aerostatic thrust bearings, the Fluent in CFD software based on finite volume method was used to simulate the three-dimensional modeling of the micro-orifice restrictor aerostatic thrust bearings. The effects of the orifice number n, non-dimensional orifice distribute radius M and the orifice diameter d on the static characteristics of the bearings were studied. According to the principle of maximum static stiffness, the following conclusions are obtained that when the orifice number n is about 180, non-dimensional orifice distribute radius M is about 0.7, orifice diameter d is 0.1 mm, the static characteristics of the micro-orifice restrictor aerostatic thrust bearings are optimum.
