卧式双面双工位组合机床液压系统稳定性研究

摘    要:某卧式双面双工位组合机床主要用于汽车前轴两端面的铣削及主销孔的U钻加工,具有加工精度高、加工效率高等特点。工件的夹紧、辅助夹紧及移动工作台的驱动等由液压系统来完成。通过对卧式双面双工位组合机床液压系统主要工作过程的分析发现,系统的发热、液压缸的爬行是影响其液压系统稳定性的主要因素。在分析系统发热、液压缸爬行的原因后,提出具体的解决办法,有力地保障了该卧式双面双工位组合机床的稳定运行。

Study on the Stability of Hydraulic System of Horizontal Type Double-sided Double Work Positions Modular Machine Tool
Abstract:The horizontal type double-sided double work positions modular machine tool is used for milling the two ends of automobile front axle and drilling main pin hole.It has high machining accuracy and high processing efficiency.The hydraulic system can finish workpiece clamping,assisting clamping and moving-workbench moving.By analyzing the main working process of the modular machine tool hydraulic system,it was discovered that the system heating and the hydraulic cylinder creeping could mainly effect the hydraulic system stability.After analyzing the reasons,the solutions were brought out.The solutions can forcefully guarantee the stability of the modular machine tool.
