液体静压主轴性能分析

摘    要:介绍液体静压主轴性能数值仿真分析方法,采用基于有限体积法的计算流体动力学软件FLUENT对主轴性能进行预测。通过匹配主轴的节流孔径和油膜间隙等关键结构参数,从而使得相同结构尺寸下主轴的性能达到更优,进而指导主轴的结构设计;通过测试分析液压站供油压力的波动获得主轴承载能力的变化,从而得到主轴回转轴线的偏移量,进而得到压力波动对主轴回转精度的影响。

Analysis on Performance of Hydrostatic Bearing
Abstract:The numerical simulation methods about the performance of hydrostatic spindle were presented.A finite volume method based on computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT was put forward to forecast the spindle performance.By matching the key parameters such as the throttle aperture and the oil film gap,the better performance of the same size spindle was achieved,to guide the structural design of the spindle.The change of the load bearing capacity of the spindle was obtained by testing and analyzing the pressure vibration of the hydrostatic station,and then the change of the spindle rotation axis could be calculated,finally the effect rule of pressure vibration on spindle rotation accuracy could be obtained.
