摘 要: | 管路特性对普通锥阀的稳定性有影响。为了探究管路特性对锥阀振动的影响,基于功率键合图法建立管路的分段集中参数模型,利用Simulink仿真平台仿真分析管路特性对锥阀振动特性的影响。结果表明:总体上,管路特性能抑制低频振动,并且促进高频振动;当管长较大或管径较小时,锥阀易出现高频振动;当管长较小时,锥阀易出现低频振动;当管径较大时,锥阀稳定性显著增强。

Analysis on Vibration Characteristics of Poppet Valve Based on Pipeline Characteristics |

Abstract: | Pipeline characteristics have impact on stability of hydraulic poppet valve. Sub-lumped parameter collective model of pipeline is established based on power bond graph method in order to explore the impact of the pipeline characteristics on the hydraulic poppet valve vibration. The impact of pipeline characteristics on vibration characteristics of hydraulic poppet valve was analyzed with simulation based on Simulink simulation platform. The results show that: Overall, the pipeline characteristics can suppress low-frequency vibration and promote high-frequency vibration; when the pipeline length is large or diameter is small, hydraulic poppet valve tends to occur high-frequency vibration; when the pipeline length is small, hydraulic poppet valve tends to occur low-frequency vibration; when the pipeline diameter is big, hydraulic poppet valve stability is significantly enhanced. |
