摘    要:节能将是工业发展的必然趋势,针对鞋模注塑机工作循环中能耗大的特点,提出一种新型鞋模注塑机液压系统。重点阐述了新型鞋模注塑机的节能改造和基于CPAC(Computer Programmable Automation Controller)注塑机控制系统的开发。新型注塑机采用的是直驱式电液伺服系统,通过伺服电机来动态调节定量泵的转速,实现压力和流量两者都是闭环控制,从而达到节能的目的。控制系统采用以HMI为人机交互界面、固高GUC系列通用一体化控制器为控制核心,利用ST语言和梯形图(LD)两种语言开发了开放式模块化注塑机控制系统。

Development of Control System of Energy-Saving Injection Molding Machine Based on CPAC
Abstract:Energy saving will be the inevitable trend of industrial development, according to the characteristics of large energy consumption in the working cycle of the injection molding machine, a new type of hydraulic system for injection molding machine is proposed. It was mainly focused on the energy saving transformation of the new type of injection molding machine for shoes and the development of (Computer Programmable Automation Controller) (CPAC) injection molding machine control system. This new type of injection molding machine was adopted of a direct drive electro hydraulic servo system, through the servo motor to dynamically adjust the speed of the quantitative pump and to realize pressure and flow both closed loop control, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. The control system was used of Human Man Interface (HMI) as the man machine interface (MMI), Googol Graphic Unit Controller (GUC) series universal integrated controller as control core. Structured text (ST) language and ladder diagram (LD) of two languages are used to develop open modular control system for injection molding machine.
