基于改进 UTAUT 的建筑业移动应用软件采纳意愿研究

摘    要:建筑移动应用软件能够通过移动设备辅助建筑从业人员执行施工作业和管理任务,然而,其作为辅助工具仅仅被少数的大型建筑企业所采纳,在中小企业的实践应用仍处于试验阶段。结合情境感知和精细加工可能性模型的优点,改进了UTAUT 以分析建筑 APP 采纳的影响因素。利用 SPSS21.0 软件对收集到的数据进行分析和处理,使用 SmartPLS 软件估计路径显著性水平。为参与开发和部署建筑 APP 的决策者提供了有利的见解,强调了将改进 UTAUT 整合到制定决策支持的框架内,以研究采纳移动新应用方面的实用性。

Abstract:Building mobile applications enables construction workers to perform construction tasks and manage tasks with mobiledevices. However,as an assistant tool,it has only been adopted by a few large construction companies while its application in smalland medium enterprises is still in the experimental phase. The article combines the advantages of Context Awareness and ElaborationLikelihood Model to improved UTAUT model to analyze influencing factors of building APP adoption intention. The collected datawere analyzed and processed by using SPSS21.0 software,and the significance level of path was estimated by using SmartPLSsoftware. This article provides helpful insights into the decision-makers involved in developing and deploying architectural APPs.For researchers,the innovation of this paper is to emphasize the integration of the improved UTAUT and the framework of decisionmaking to study the feasibility of adopting new mobile applications.
