摘    要:针对变电站无人值守环境下智能变电站站控层设备缺乏全面有效监测手段的问题,设计了一套站控层设备监测系统。系统对站控层设备硬件、软件和核心业务进程进行实时状态监测,提出了一种周期动态变化轮询策略,使用图形可视化方式展示监测数据。对监测数据进行故障分析和智能告警,通过告警直传上送调度主站,实现远方和本地对站控层设备健康状态的全面掌握和故障预判。最后给出了该系统在工程实施中的部署方式和应用效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the lack of comprehensive and effective monitoring measures for station level equipment of smart substation in unmanned environment, an equipment monitoring system for station level in smart substation is designed. The system provides a real-time monitoring on the hardware, software and core business process of station level equipment and also proposes a periodic dynamic variation polling strategy by using graphic and visual method to display the monitoring data. After that, it makes fault analysis and smart alarm to the monitoring data, and sends to the master station by alarm direct-transmission to achieve the comprehensive control and fault prediction to station level equipment remotely and locally. Finally, the deployment and effect of project application about this system are given. This work is supported by Science and Technology Project of State Grid Corporation of China (No. 52152016000Q).
