本文对工业化建筑部品的定义、体系划分以及发展过程存在问题和相应解决办法进行了综述。首先分析了现有的工业化建筑部品不同的定义并在此基础上给出建筑工业化部品的定义。其次分析了现有的工业化建筑部品的体系划分方式。重点从使用功能、主次关系、形状特征和标准化程度以及结构原材料几个方面进行了归纳。最后分析了工业化建筑部品在应用中存在的问题,研究表明工业化建筑部品应用主要问题存在于标准化程度、部品认证体系、个性化需求以及成本能耗方面,

Research on the development status of industrial building components

This paper summarizes the definition, system division and the existing problems and corresponding solutions in the process of industrial construction.Firstly, the different definitions of building parts are analyzed, and the definition of building industrialization products is given.Secondly, the article analyzes the system division of the existing industrial building parts.The emphasis is on the use function, the primary and secondary relations, the shape features and the degree of standardization as well as the structural raw materials.Finally, the problems existing in the application of industrial construction are analyzed.The research shows that the main problems in the application of industrial construction are in the aspects of standardization, product certification system, personalized demand and cost energy.And this paper also summarizes the research of domestic scholars on these issues.
