交直流混联受端电网频率紧急协调控制技术及应用

摘    要:交直流混联受端电网大频差事故下的频率稳定控制是个难题,之前主要依靠电源侧的一次调频响应以及负荷侧的低频减载措施。随着直流功率紧急支援、抽蓄切泵和大规模可中断负荷控制等新型可控资源以及相应新控制技术的出现,全面提升和拓展频率紧急控制技术成为可能。系统性地分析了实现频率紧急全过程控制需要攻克的关键技术,重点阐述了频率紧急协调控制技术中的故障可靠识别、功率损失量准确计算、多防线协同、多措施分类协调、系统监视与管理等核心技术。基于上述关键和核心技术构建了华东电网频率紧急协调控制系统,保障了华东电网的安全稳定运行,提升了新能源的消纳能力。
