摘    要:工程项目进度控制是工程项目快速、高效、顺利实施的保障,应始终坚持保证工程安全、保证工程质量、控制工程成本等基本原则。针对工程项目控制中常见问题,提出合理确定进度目标、健全组织责任到人、加强设计沟通协调、保障工程项目资金需求、选择适当计划编制方法等对策。

Abstract:Project schedule control is a guarantee for the implementation of a project quickly, efficiently and smoothly. We should always adhere to the basic principles of ensuring engineering safety, ensuring engineering quality and controlling engineering cost. In view of the common problems in engineering project control, it puts forward some countermeasures, such as reasonably determining schedule objectives, improving organization responsibility to people, strengthening design communication and coordination, ensuring project capital requirements, and selecting appropriate planning methods.
