高精度端面齿设计与精加工研究

摘    要:端面齿(鼠牙盘)具有力矩性能高、自动定心、重复精度高等特点,广泛应用在高档数控机床刀塔、回转工作台等部件之中。传统设计时采用手册中提供的近似设计方法设计端面齿,然后利用近似齿形做成盘铣刀,加工精度受到铣刀和分度头精度的限制。推导端面齿齿形的精确计算公式,并对国产数控立式磨床进行改造,为端面齿精加工提供了可行的方法。

Research on Design and Finish Machining of High Precision Face Gear
Abstract:Face gear (hirth coupling) with high torque performance,automatic centering and high repeated accuracy, is widely used in high grade CNC machine rotary table and other components. Traditional design for face gear is using manual approximate design method, then disc cutter is made according to the approximate tooth profile. The accuracy is limited by milling cutter and the precision of dividing head. The precise calculation formula for face gear tooth profile was derived and one domestic NC vertical grinding machine was reformed for face gear finish machining. It provides a feasible method.
