香豆素-3-羧酸烟醇酯的合成

摘    要:目的:为寻找抗动脉粥样硬化药物,合成香豆素-3-羧酸烟醇酯。方法:以水杨醛、丙二酸二乙酯为原料,合成得到香豆素-3-羧酸,再在脱水剂作用下与烟醇缩合,得到目标化合物香豆素-3-羧酸烟醇酯。结果与结论:设计合成了香豆素-3-羧酸烟醇酯,目标物的化学结构经IR、MS、1H-NMR等确证。

Abstract:Objective:To search for effective antiatherogenic agent,Nicomethanol coumarin-3-carboxylate was synthesized. Methods: Salicylide reacted with diethyl malonate under piperidine catalysis,then coumarin-3-carboxylic acid was gained through hydrolysis and acidification. The target compound was obtained by coupling coumarin-3-carboxylic acid with nicotinyl alcohol in the presence of dehydration agents. Results and Conclusion:Nicomethanol coumarin-3-carboxylate was synthesized. The chemical structure of the target compound was confirmed by IR,MS,and 1H-NMR spectra.
